In Mexico, agencies, entities and autonomous constitutional bodies have the obligation to disseminate and provide access to information held and generated by them as a result of its regulations.

The Federal Law of Transparency and Access to Public Government Information and other related standards regulate the procedures for the access to public information and determines the protection of personal data or confidential information.

The National Bioethics Commission meets the requirement of providing transparent public information that it possesses and has generated. The aforementioned promotes accountability for the things done through publications in the web portal of the following sections:

II. Authority of Each Administrative Unit that Forms the Deconcentrated Organ

III. Government Employees Address Book.

IV. Monthly Remuneration Received by Job Position and Compensation System

V. Institutional Goals and Objectives

VI. Offered Services.

VII. Paperwork, Requirements and Formats.

VIII. Information on Assigned Budget.

IX. Contracts that were Executed for Public Works, Goods, Services; and

X. Regulatory Framework
